Police need some Marketing Gyaan

According to oxford dictionary Police means to keep in order, control and administer...... These very words which define police are the core words of every management definition of any management book taken. So basically police is administration and service of protecting and helping people.

By management gyaan citizens of India are the customers/clients of the Police. Police are the service providers while the citizens are the service receivers. So for effective service delivery the customers/clients need to happy.

Now imagine a situation where you meet with an accident while returning from a casual dinner with your family. Due to accident your daughter is hurt very badly and blood is rupturing out from deep cut at the fore head. Its blood everywhere. Now imagine the police constable arrived at the scene asking vehicle documents and checking driving license. He is asking questions to know whether you are financially sound or not. Remember this is all happening when your daughter is bleeding. Now further the police take your vehicle keys and your vehicle is taken away.

How would you feel when one of your loved one’s face full of pain and blood is lying on one side and police are chewing pan and smiling as they got a new bakara to suck money. Do you expect someone to smile when your loved one is in shouting for treatment.

This is how our police behave in case of accident. This is how they deliver the worst service quality to their customers/clients. These guys require some lessons of marketing and customer relationship.
